Q: What is inumbr?
A: inumbr is an auto-expiring, FREE anonymous phone number that forwards incoming call to
    your home or mobile phone. Callers do not see your home or mobile numbers.

Q: What is your guiding vision?
A: The desire to communicate can not be crippled by concerns about privacy.
    inumbr unleashes the true potential of a global community by making it a safer place.
    Anything we build must be simple enough to be used easily.

Q: Is any of the user information sold ?
A: User information is used solely for the purpose of providing inumbr anonymous call services.
    We do not sell, rent, or lease your phone number to third parties.
    Any companies or individuals employed by us are bound by law to protect the confidentiality
    of user information. For details, please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Q: Will there be any charge on my phone bill?
A: NO. inumbr doesn't charge you for using the services. Depending on your phone carrier
    and your long distance plan, your phone carrier my bill you separately for making or receiving
    phone calls. We do not have any control over your long distance plans.

Q: Will inumbrs be reused ?
A: No. Allocated inumbrs are unique and they will not be reused.

Q: Does these number expire after the selected period ?
A: That's what the auto-expiring inumbrs are ...

Q: How do I expire my inumbr ?
A: You can expire your inumbr by pressing "0" (zero) when you receive an incoming call.

Q: How do I extend my inumbr beyond 1 month?
A: You can click on the 'Manage my inumbr' link on the home page and extend your inumbr expiry date.
    Even if your inumbr has expired, you can now re-activate it and continue to receive calls.
    However, this feature has been temporarily disabled.

Q: I accidently expired my inumbr. Can I revive it back?
A: No. Not during the upgrade.

Q: How do I retrieve my voicemail?
A: We record the voicemail for you and send it in an email as wav file attachment.
    Most computer can play wav file attachments. Please check your email, including your spam folder.

Q: If I have a question, how do I contact the support team?

    Be sure to send your phone number and the generated inumbr so that we can quickly resolve your issue.
